  2. Non diegetic: it's a kind of back-ground music to reinforce the meaning of the war as the end of lives and destruction.

  3. Integrated music: it's justified in the plot; it announces and underlines the negative consequences of the war.  

  4. Convergent music: the same previous explanation.

  5. Sequence music: it's the first sequence that introduces the film

  6. Music in a first plane: it sounds in a higher volume and stands out. Also, the slow rhythm of the song is synchronized with the speed of the image. As you can see, the speed of the image is slowed down, the reproduction is slower.

  1. Musical Loan: "The Ryde of the Valkyries", by Richard Wagner. This musical play is based on these female warriors who return from the battle. So, the play underlines the warlike mood of the film.

  2. Diegetic and Non diegetic: it starts as diegetic because  viewrs can see the device that reproduces the music on the screen, but later, it passes to be non-diegetic when general shots of helicopters are shown.

  3. Integrated music: it's justified in the plot by the action of the characters and the main feeling of the sequence.  

  4. Convergent music: the same previous explanation.

  5. Sequence music: it's happen during the development of the film,

  6. Music in a first plane: it sounds in a higher volume  most of the time and stands out over other noises. Also, there is an important contrast between the sound (music and effect sounds) and the total silence when  scenes of the Vietnam citizens are displayed.
